Located on the fourth floor of the Starrett-Lehigh building, the corporate office of Louise Blouin Media houses the media company’s US headquarters. Previously the location of a major printing press company, the building’s raw and utilitarian character appeals to its tenants, including fashion designers and artists. Designed by Richard Meier & Partners Architects, construction included the fabrication of a minimalist interior with exposed ductwork, polished concrete floors, long communal workstations and interior storefront glass partitions. The conference room is kept private from the main office through the use of ‘switchable’ glass that changes its levels of opacity.
