Designed by Richard Meier & Partners Architects, the challenge of the project was to construct the headquarters for IMG—sports, entertainment and media, and the parent company - private equity firm, Forstmann Little. Located on the forty fifth floor of the General Motors building in Manhattan, the space provides expansive views of Central Park and Fifth Avenue below. Custom fabricated clear glass partitions allow natural light to be shared between offices while a custom acid etched circular glass conference room maintains functional privacy. Artisan acoustical plaster, teak millwork and Spanish limestone complete the palette of materials.

The result of exquisite craftsmanship, simple and crisp detailing, as well as the seamless integration of lighting, materials and technology, is not only a testament to the contractor but to the design rigor practiced at RMP.
